Architect, designer, illustrator and expert chef Paola Mollica is the backbone of each Masterclass. Her inventive style and signature dishes are the highlight of every meal held at the Farmhouse during the week-long workshop.
Deeply rooted in local culture and using mostly ingredients from the area, Paola cooks delicious meals that embody the flavours, taste and character of Sicily.
Our lunches, dinners and aperitifs are on the top degree of excellence, but Paola doesn’t stop there! She prepares homemade desserts, ice-creams and Limoncello made with the zest of the most delicious organic lemons you could find in Sicily.
