Mimi Mollica
Mimi Mollica (Palermo, Italy 1975) is an award winning documentary photographer and multimedia artist whose work examines themes relating to identity, culture, environment, migration, and the impacts of social and political change upon communities. Mollica’s long-term, projects are characterised by a thorough photojournalistic rigour and attention to detail, counterbalanced with a strong personal vision and poetic.
Mimi’s work has been widely featured in various prestigious publications ranging from The Guardian Weekend Magazine, Financial Times Weekend Magazine, The New York Times Lens, Newsweek Japan, Sunday Times Magazine, Internazionale, C Photo, Granta Magazine, among many others. Exhibition highlights include Somerset House, London 2013, The Rencontres D’Arles 2011, London Street Photography 2011, Contributed Gallery, Berlin 2010, Jerwood Space, London 2010, Milk Gallery, New York City and Third Floor Gallery, Cardiff 2010 and European Parliament, Strasbourg 2009 plus more.
In 2015 Mimi founded the Offspring Photo Meet, a yearly event that champions artistic talent and celebrates photography through a series of portfolio reviews and a cultural programming of talks, panel discussions, projections and more. (photomeet.org)

Elisa Medde
Elisa Medde edits, curates and writes about photography. With a background in Art History, Iconology and Photographic Studies, her research reflects on the relationship between image, communication and power structures. She has been nominator for the Prix Elysée, The Leica Oskar Barnack Award and MAST Foundation for Photography Grant, amongst others. Elisa has chaired numerous juries and written for Foam Magazine, Something We Africans Got, Vogue Italia / L'Uomo Vogue, YET Magazine and other publications. Elisa is currently Editor-in-Chief of Foam Magazine, Amsterdam.
Aaron Schuman
AARON SCHUMAN is an American artist, writer and curator based in the United Kingdom. His photographic work is exhibited and published internationally, and is held in a number of public and private collections. Schuman is the author of several monographs, including SLANT (MACK, 2019) - which was cited as one of 2019’s “Best Photobooks” by publications including The Guardian, Internazionale, American Suburb X, and Photoeye - and FOLK (NB Books, 2016) – which was cited as one of 2016’s “Best Photobooks” by Alec Soth (Photo-Eye), Sean O’Hagan (The Guardian), and Jason Fulford (TIME), and long-listed for the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize 2017. In addition to his own photographic work, Schuman has contributed texts and images to many books, including Photo No-Nos: Meditations on What Not to Shoot (2021), Aperture Conversations: 1985 to the Present (2018), Another Kind of Life: Photography on the Margins (2018), Alec Soth: Gathered Leaves (2015), Vision Anew (2015), and The Photographer’s Playbook (2014), amongst many others; he also regularly contributes to magazines such as Aperture, Foam, Frieze, Magnum Online, The British Journal of Photography and more. Schuman has curated several major exhibitions, including In Progress (Royal Photographic Society, 2021), Indivisible: New American Documents (FOMU Antwerp, 2016), and In Appropriation (Houston Center of Photography, 2012). Additionally, in 2010 Schuman served as Guest Curator for the FotoFest Biennial; in 2014, he served as Chief Curator of Krakow Photomonth 2014; and in 2018 he served as Guest Curator of JaipurPhoto Festival 2018. Schuman was the founder and editor of SeeSaw Magazine (2004-2014), and is currently Programme Leader of the MA Photography programme at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol).
