Emma Bowkett is the Director of Photography at the Financial Times Weekend Magazine and a curator focused on lens-based arts and contemporary visual culture. She is an Associate Lecturer at UAL: University of the Arts London, and a mentor who regularly participates in international workshops, portfolio reviews, festivals and awards. Emma is on the advisory board for Peckham 24, the annual UK festival celebrating established and early-career artists working with an expanded photographic practice.

Tim Clark is Editor in Chief of 1000 Words and Artistic Director for Fotografia Europea in Reggio Emilia, Italy, together with Walter Guadagnini, Director of CAMERA, Torino and Luce Lebart, curator, historian and researcher at The Archive of Modern Conflict, named as Photo Festival of the Year at the Lucie Awards 2022. He has also taught and devised numerous academic programmes, most recently at The Institute of Photography, Falmouth University and NABA, Milano.

Mimí Mollica (Palermo, Italy 1975) is an award winning documentary photographer, editor and Associate Lecturer in Photojournalism at London Metropolitan University. Mimi’s work examines themes relating to identity, environment, migration, and the impacts of social and political change upon communities.

Mimi’s multi-awarded work has been widely featured in various prestigious publications ranging from The Guardian Weekend Magazine, FT Weekend Magazine, The New York Times Lens, Newsweek Japan, Sunday Times Magazine, Internazionale, C Photo, Granta, among many others.

Recent monographs include East London up Close (Hoxton Mini Press 2021) and Terra Nostra (Dewi Lewis Publishing 2017).

In 2015 Mimi founded the Offspring Photo Meet, a yearly festival of photography with portfolio reviews and an inclusive cultural program that features young emerging talents and established international artists.
